I want to share the way I was able to get up when I wanted to give up. To keep going when my mind wouldn't stop around with doubts. To be able to look at things from another perspective and continue my own journey.
I learned to have acceptance, acceptance of the moment as it is, to be able to let go of whatever was not serving me anymore.
When I was deep in my silent meditation retreats, I learned that nothing is eternal, absolutely nothing, so we can choose to get the most out of the present moment, by remembering that it won't be here forever.
This allowed me to observe and accept the present as it is, and let go of any judgments or attachments around things that were not good for me.
Life taught me to have patience, patience in a world where everyone is rushing around with no purpose. In a world where everyone is competing with each other and being rude is the default mode.
We were programed to think in certain way, but it is our decision to break those beliefs and start doing the things that makes us happy.
Meditation has been always a powerful tool that has helped me in so many ways.
