Healthy mind, body and spirit

Being Healthy is like a feeling, a state of being. For me, on my own experience, is to be in sound with your mind, body and spirit. It is not only important to take care of our physical body but also our mind and spirit.

Your body is a reflection of your thoughts, an expression of your inside world, so you can start by transforming those thoughts and nourish your mind with positive energy so it can reflect in the outside.

Part of my healing process was to be able to make peace with food and exercise. Society lets us believe how important it is to keep a diet and exercise regimen. We often feel regret around "bad decisions", but we are free to make any decision that bring us joy. When we allow that freedom to come, things flow better and we are able to connect with our bodies in a new way.

I based all my decisions on trying to look good for a long time. When I started to truly understand and accept who I am, I was able to connect with my true desires. This enables me to make choices that reflect positively for myself and my body.

To be able to transform the world, we must first transform ourselves, that will create a healthy mind, body and spirit.
